Item 1472 – For sale is a fabulous Vintage 1960’s Native American beaded necklace. It is crafted of 68 hand cut and polished natural turquoise stones graduating in size and varying slightly in shape and thickness. Hand cut and polished Turquoise bead-like stones separate the graduated stones giving dimension to the piece while accentuating the workmanship of each hand cut stone. The largest stone is 1/2 inch in diameter allowing the necklace to be noticed without overpowering the wearer. The necklace is 28 inches long with “925” marked on the clasp of the Pivoting Fastener indicating they are Sterling Silver. The “matrix” or coloring in the stones is beautiful, moving from bright blue to brown with touches of green spread intermittently throughout. The necklace is hand strung on wire and a great length.
The necklace is in excellent condition. There is no apparent damage. The hook clasp and swivel ends are in good working order.
